1.Duration.
The duration of a Driving Lesson is 60 minutes.
2. Bookings.
Each Driving Lesson will be given to you on an Appointment Card stating the Date, Day and Time of each Driving Lesson.
3. Cancellation of a Driving Lesson.
Should you wish to alter or cancel the said Driving Lesson booking, then alterations must be paid for in full, unless more than 48 hours notice is given to the School to alter the said Appointment and the Pupil agrees to give a minimum of 24 hours notice to change the Pick Up Point for the said Driving Lesson.
4. The Beginners Courses.
The School supplies to the Pupil a Beginners Course where the first five or ten Driving Lessons are reduced for a Pupil who is a Beginner. Plus a FREE LESSON
5. What is a Beginner?
The Schools definition of a Beginner is a Pupil with no previous experience or less than 5 hours private practice in the driving of a Motor Vehicle.
6. Free Lesson – Loyalty Bonus.
The School operates a Loyalty Card for when a Pupil recommends a friend and they will receive a free Driving Lesson. For each Pupil recommended while you are a Pupil the School will give you one Lesson free. After passing your Driving Test the monetary value of a single Lesson for each new Pupil recommended will be paid to you by the Instructor.
7. Free Lesson - Beginners Course.
The School also operates a free Driving Lesson with the Beginners Course. This Driving Lesson is given in the form of a voucher and the 1 x One Hour free Driving Lesson is given before the Practical Driving Test.
8. Complaints Procedure.
In the unlikely event of a monetary complaint: All cheques or monies are paid directly to the Instructor, a receipt will be given on request.
Your Driving Instructor works with the School on a Self Employed franchise basis and the Instructor has agreed to settle any dispute or litigation claims regarding payment or non payment of fees for Motor Vehicle Tuition.
9. Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are accepted by the pupil on booking their second lesson. A 100% refund is given on the 1st lesson by Head Office at the Beginners Course rate, in the unlikely event, the pupil has reasonable grounds for sub standard Motor Vehicle Tuition by the Driving Instructor.
